RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We take great pride in pleasing our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Select the Return option in your account here or email us at info@kokoky.com with the reason for return /exchange and we will generate a return label for you. 

Refunds & exchanges will be processed under the following conditions:

  1. The item is returned in its original condition- unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged- with all original tags in place. 

    2. The return is posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

    3. The original invoice is included inside the package along with the returns form. If the item was a gift, the name of the purchaser must be noted.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred and that Returns Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We will always try to be as swift as possible, refunds may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method excluding the cost of shipping.
