Processing time

All orders are carefully dispatched from our atelier with all US duties and taxes included.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.

Once dispatched, orders to the US arrive within 3–7 business days via Standard Shipping or 3–5 business days via Express Shipping. Complimentary shipping on orders over $350. Duties included

Orders to the UK arrive within 3–5 business days via Standard Shipping or 1–2 business days via Express Shipping. Delivery options are selectable at checkout. Complimentary shipping on orders over £250.Duties included

Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery within the EU (Complimentary shipping on orders over €300), and 5–10 business days for all other international destinations. Duties not included

During sales and high volume periods processing time is 2-3 days.


Pre-Order Items
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.

Once your order has left us, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment informations. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.

Customs and Duties Charges 

Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside the US and UK) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. 

  • Duty Handled Deliveries: Items shipped from our UK and US warehouse will be delivered without extra duties charged. This means smoother transactions and hassle-free deliveries for you.
  • International Fulfillment: Please note that these items will come with customs duty fees attached. Customers are responsible for customs and import duties charges while receiving parcels in their countries. Your courier will contact you about the charges.
