Processing time

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. Certain products could require additional 1-2 business days.
Once Shipped, it will take between 3-5 business days to reach you on the standard shipping option and between 1-2 business days on the Next day delivery option if you are in the UK and US. Delivery cost options available to select at checkout. Allow between 3-5 business days for EU delivery and 3-8 business days for the rest of the world.

During sales and high volume periods processing time is 3-4 days.

Pre-Order Items

Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items.Once your order has left us, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment informations. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
